Join the signature SCOA class in the East Somerville area. We’ll use a play ball, resistance band, and handheld weights to do seated exercises with optional standing strength and balance activities. Enjoy music while doing easy-to-follow functional movements that help support an independent and active lifestyle.
Hearing loss can cause difficulty with communication for boththe person who has hearing loss and the communication partner. Hearing devices (ex. hearing aids, cochlear implants) can help, but they do not completely fix the problem.
Join this live online class that focuses on strength training and balance. This is a chair-based workout with the option of doing supported standing activity and using handheld weights. Practice exercises that will keep your body and mind healthy, strong, and active.
