The City is declaring a snow emergency to go into effect at 7 a.m. on Sunday, January 25. Beginning at 7 a.m., cars will have 4 hours (until 11 a.m.) to move to the ODD side of the street. You’re invited to join the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development for this continuing series of events that will plan for future utility and roadway improvements for Union Square. This meeting will focus on the draft interim design for Webster/Prospect Streets. Traffic and utility plans for the Early Action Plan will be presented.
The City of Somerville invites all interested community members to join in a discussion and submit feedback on the Recreation Department’s programming and activities. The City will host a public forum on Wednesday, Jan. 7, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Argenziano School cafeteria (290 Washington St.).
The deadline for taxpayers to appeal the assessed value of their property is February 1st, 2015. The City of Somerville's Assessor's Office will be holding extended office hours on the following dates to answer property owners' questions:
