Inclusionary Housing Program staff will be launching an income-restricted rental opportunity tomorrow with Maloney Properties, the lottery agency,  hired by Marka, developers of CALA (formerly known as the Powderhouse School). We will have a total of eight (8) apartments for rent there including artist and elderly affordable units. 

The COA has masks available for Somerville residents 60 years or older.

If you still need a mask or know of a neighbor or friend who still needs a mask pick it up during our drive-thru time.
