Yoga (Council on Aging)

Yoga is a joyful practice that connects the body, mind, and spirit. This is a chair-based class with the option to work on supported standing balance. 

Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at the Holland Street Center, no class on July 7th. 

Michelle will teach all classes.

Bingo at Ralph & Jenny (Council on Aging)

Bingo starts at 10:00am 

Lunch will be served at 12:00pm 

All are welcome! Registration is required. You will need to register on a weekly basis. 

Men's Group (Council on Aging)

Our men’s group meets the second Tuesday of the month.

A confidential space where men are free to speak openly and honestly about their lives, what is happening and to support each other. New and returning members are welcome.

Music & Munch (Council on Aging)

This one-hour session will treat you to a playlist of diverse musical offerings: a little jazz, some "oldies but goodies," a smidgen of classical, a dip into barbershop, a trip to Broadway. The music is taped but the experience is live.

Adaptation Club (Council on Aging)

Which did you like better, the book or the movie? This is a common question when thinking about how a piece of literature is adapted. Come share your thoughts and opinions at our first Adaptation Club.

This month, we are discussing both the book and the film Remarkably Bright Creatures.

Knitting With Natasha (Council on Aging)

Have you always wanted to learn how to knit or are you a knitter looking to find other friends who knit? Look no further than Knitting with Natasha. Join a supportive and fun group as we learn more about knitting while knitting together!

Korean Martial Arts Soo Bahk Do (Council on Aging)

Soo Bahk Do is a Korean martial art that develops confidence, discipline and self-control. This class will focus on learning the basics of traditional form and self-defense techniques. Seniors taking this class will work toward improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and awareness.
